week before that..... we went uling........... he like really having hard time getting at home with the bike

kurug gud gihapon, naningkamot ra ko ato maka survive for the run.. dili pa gyud ko kusgan bai, wala pa ko sa league nila joecax and franz.. wala kaabot 3 months ako training pa sa bike, start ko train balik after CCM..

what you said was very true, padung palang sa naga bai, i was having a hard time keeping up with you guys, you guys are really very fast sa bike.. then nitungas pa gyud tag uling.. na flatan pa gyud ko pag pauli.. nindut kaayu to nga training nako kay puros kusgan ang kuyog nako sa bike, although gihilantan ko after ato tungod sa overfatigue, ingon ana ko ka newbie sa bike.. but im willing to give time and train in time..

thanks for the sweet compliments, hopefully maka live up ta sa expectations sa mga taw..
